Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Safely transport dry van freight nationwide
- Manage driving shifts, logs, and scheduling with your co-driver
- Conduct detailed pre- and post-trip inspections
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
Our late-model tractors come with APUs, inverters, and roomy sleepers, backed by full in-house maintenance.
Average 5,000 miles per week at a 77¢/mile split, with safety, inspection, and referral bonuses, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
