Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but two-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy a 100% no-touch freight operation, primarily consisting of automotive loads with 70% drop and hook to minimize dock wait times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on your hiring location, driving between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to reach up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligibility for dedicated accounts begins after 90 days.
