Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

From our Potsdam dispatch hub, collaborate as a two-person team hauling dry van freight nationwide.
Enjoy competitive pay starting at 77¢ per mile split, weekly averages near 5,000 miles, and performance bonuses for safety, clean inspections, and referrals.
Role Overview:
- Partner with another CDL A driver to deliver freight
- Operate late-model dry vans with APU, inverter, and sleeper features
- Maintain FMCSA compliance and company safety standards
