Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on the location and freight.
• While we aim for weekly home time, some drivers may experience 2-week periods.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads have 70% drop and hook operations, which minimize dock waiting time.
• 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 depending on the hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35 with the potential for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly.
• Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days.

• Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
