Become an integral part of the Kay Agency team as a Dry Van Company Driver. We are looking for experienced OTR Hazmat drivers ready to run all 48 states with steady miles and consistent pay.

What We Provide:

• You are paid per mile, both empty and loaded, with weekly deposits free of deductions, unlike many companies.
• Competitive pay ranging from $0.62 cpm (W2) to $0.65 cpm (1099).
• Average weekly take-home pay of approximately $1800.00.
• Work with dry van and live loads.
• Benefit from weekly paychecks through direct deposit.
• Follow a schedule of 3 weeks on the road and 1 week at home.
• Drive state-of-the-art 2023 & newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH.
• We cover your flight and hotel for a necessary road test and orientation.
• Pet-friendly policy with no additional costs.
• Passengers over 18 years can join for a $30 weekly charge.
