Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that provides competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks depending on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time but understand that some may require two-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks that are no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring safe parking is their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Base pay is between .45 and .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Most routes are located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially running up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Other benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
