Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks depending on their location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some drivers may be out for 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We have a well-maintained fleet that is no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their trucks and trailers home, with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on their hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily, our operations are east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
