Home Time: Drivers are generally out for 1-2 weeks depending on their location and the freight situation. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, providing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking as their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, mainly consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are mainly east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
