Home Time:

• Work 3-4 weeks out followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for quality family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia truck, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Handle refrigerated freight with 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. Enjoy a $1,500 sign-on bonus ($150 paid for the first 10 weeks) along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states, with diverse refrigerated freight options for maximized earnings.

Benefits:

• This role is a 1099 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for drivers aged 18+ at no cost. A pet policy is available with a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
