Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, with a goal of weekly home time, though some may experience 2-week periods occasionally. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight, and feature 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on their hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, providing dedicated drivers the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
