Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Reston, VA
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to help us move freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

- Modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping spaces.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.

Qualifications Required:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
