Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an exciting OTR position with great pay and top-notch equipment? Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but occasional 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily comprising automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Our base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
