OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Richardson, TX by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate cross-country as a solo OTR CDL-A dry van driver running scheduled nationwide lanes from Richardson, TX. You'll handle point-to-point freight, manage load securement, keep compliant logs, and deliver on time while maintaining vehicle condition.
What you’ll do:
- Drive safely across regional and national routes, averaging about 2,500 miles/week.
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with dispatch for routing, paperwork, and load details.
Requirements & Perks:
- Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months OTR experience.
- Starting at 65¢/mile, modern <3-year trucks with sleepers, APUs and inverters; competitive pay, bonuses, in-house maintenance support, and biweekly home time.
