HMD Trucking is currently seeking seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. Our competitive mileage compensation begins at 60 CPM, with drivers averaging about 2,500 miles per week. We also offer bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and successful referrals.
What You Can Expect:
- Modern trucks, all less than 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabins.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Bi-weekly home time.

Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license.
- A minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
