Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Embark on shared long-haul routes from Richmond, KY with HMD Trucking, moving dry van freight coast to coast.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate as a tandem CDL A driver handling national freight
- Team up to meet delivery windows and safety standards
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
Compensation & Perks:
- 77¢/mile split base pay with ~5,000 miles weekly
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals
- Modern trucks under 3 years with APUs, inverters and sleepers
- Home every two weeks
