Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Richmond, VA
DBS is on the lookout for talented Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dry van fleet in Richmond. We focus on providing steady freight and competitive pay while ensuring our drivers are well-supported.

Core Responsibilities:
- Safely drive dry van trucks to deliver cargo.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
- Keep accurate records of all trips and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
- Previous driving experience is necessary.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
