Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, although some drivers may experience 2-week periods. Your schedule will run from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Drive a well-maintained fleet that is no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. You can take the truck and trailer home, with secured parking being your responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily focus on areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days. We offer additional vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
