Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Ridgewood, NY

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an exciting OTR role with attractive pay and top-notch equipment? Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occasionally happen. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. You can take the truck and trailer home, with secured parking being your responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Enjoy a base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for 3,000 miles per week for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
