Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Rio Rancho, NM
Join DBS Laredo as we seek experienced Solo CDL A drivers to enhance our dry van fleet in Rio Rancho. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel respected and supported in their careers.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods using a dry van truck.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean driving history.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and communicate with dispatch.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- At least 2 years of verified driving experience.
- Clean driving record without major infractions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
