Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position with great pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but occasionally 2-week periods may happen. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, provided they ensure secure parking.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van, with 70% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for smoother operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Our base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to achieve 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning possibilities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts will be available after 90 days.
