Home Time: Drivers are typically on the road for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% of our operations being drop and hook. This significantly reduces dock waiting times and enhances operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on their hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base pay is $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary running area is east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
