Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Roanoke, VA
DBS is on the lookout for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Roanoke. We prioritize steady freight and competitive pay while keeping our drivers supported and respected.

Core Responsibilities:
- Safely drive dry van trucks to deliver goods.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records for each trip.
Qualifications Needed:
- Must possess a valid CDL-A.
- Minimum of one year of driving experience.
- A clean driving history free of significant infractions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
