Home Time:

• Enjoy 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days of home time, ensuring a balance between work and personal life.

Equipment:

• Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for a comfortable experience on the road.

Freight Operations:

• Handle dry van freight with 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including key routes in major regions.

Pay and Benefits:

• Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 per stop.
• Benefit from a $1,500 sign-on bonus distributed over the first 10 weeks and a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• Operate OTR across all 48 states with diverse dry van opportunities.

Additional Benefits:

• This 1099 independent contractor role includes a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no cost, and a pet policy is available with a refundable deposit based on truck condition.
