OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Rochester, MN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely haul freight nationwide
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain precise logs and paperwork
Operate late-model trucks (under three years) with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs, backed by in-house maintenance support. Competitive pay at 65¢ per mile with average weekly runs of 2,500 miles, plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses. Return home every two weeks and receive full health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits. CDL A license and at least 12 months’ experience required.
