Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Rochester, MN
HMD Trucking is hiring skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for nationwide freight operations. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of about 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping compartments.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license is essential.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Orientation Pay: $150
