Join HMD Trucking as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver operating out of Rochester, MN. You'll haul nationwide dry freight on consistent routes while partnering with a carrier that provides modern equipment and supports driver success.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely operate assigned tractor-trailer over interstate routes and complete timely deliveries.
Keep accurate logs, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and complete required shipping documents.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and protect cargo throughout transit.

Qualifications & Compensation:

Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience required.
Starting pay of 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles; includes safety, inspection and referral bonuses.
Fleet of late-model trucks with APUs, inverters and sleepers, dependable in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
