OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Roswell, GA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Work nationwide for HMD Trucking out of Roswell, operating as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver on long-haul freight with steady lanes and a driver-first operational culture.
Responsibilities:
- Safely move dry van freight over regional and national distances.
- Maintain DOT-compliant logs, perform pre/post-trip inspections and manage delivery documentation.
- Liaise with dispatch to ensure efficient routing and on-time deliveries.
Equipment & pay: Starting pay is 65 CPM with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles; drivers can earn bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. Trucks are under three years and come with APUs, inverters and sleepers, supported by in-house maintenance. Home every two weeks and full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)).
Requirements: Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
