Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Roswell, NM
DBS Laredo is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Roswell. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and dependable home time while ensuring our drivers feel supported and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dry van truck to transport goods.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean driving record.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and keep accurate delivery records.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven driving experience with a clean driving history.
- Strong focus on safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
