Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Rutland, VT
DBS Laredo is actively looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Rutland. We provide steady freight, strong pay, and reliable home time, all while ensuring our drivers feel respected and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods to specified destinations.

Qualifications Needed:
- Must hold a valid CDL-A.
- Experience as a solo driver is preferred.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
