Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, some may experience two-week stretches. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, ensuring a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and includes trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Most of our freight consists of automotive goods for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay structure is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily extend east of I-35, giving dedicated drivers the potential to cover 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee dependable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can be eligible for dedicated accounts.
