Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy Description

Join HMD Trucking’s OTR team hauling dry van loads out of Saint Joseph, MO, across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate modern dry van tractors on nationwide routes
  • Accurately log hours and ensure CSA compliance
  • Conduct detailed pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Communicate with dispatch and utilize company maintenance

Earn 65 cents per mile with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections. You’ll pilot late-model trucks with APUs and sleepers, get home every two weeks, and enjoy full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
