Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Salem, NH by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Responsibilities:
- Share driving duties on tandem OTR runs
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure timely deliveries and accurate paperwork
- Adhere to federal and company safety protocols
Our young fleet features trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleeper berths, supported by in-house maintenance. Earn 77¢ per mile (split) with weekly averages of 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. Return home every three weeks and access health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) benefits. CDL A and 12+ months’ experience required.
