Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - San Jose, CA
DBS Laredo is on the lookout for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in San Jose. We offer a stable work environment with steady freight and competitive salaries.

Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver freight to assigned destinations.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Accurately document trips and delivery details.
Qualifications:
- Current CDL A license is required.
- Minimum experience driving solo in a commercial setting.
- A clean driving record and a commitment to safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
