Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight demands. We strive for weekly home time, though some may have 2-week stretches. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is comprised of well-maintained trucks, all less than three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, taking responsibility for secure parking.

No Touch Freight: We handle all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
