Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate long-distance dry van freight from Schaumburg, IL with HMD Trucking on nationwide lanes that emphasize safety and dependable freight flow. You’ll run late-model tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers and receive proactive in-house maintenance.
Primary duties:
- Manage OTR dry van loads, ensuring cargo integrity and on-time delivery across national routes.
- Conduct required inspections, keep accurate logs and comply with federal and state regulations.
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
Qualifications & compensation:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience. Starting pay 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles; safety, inspection and referral bonuses plus full benefits and biweekly home time.
