Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight needs. While we strive for weekly home time, two-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. You can take your truck and trailer home, with secured parking being your responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily comprising dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our loads mainly consist of automotive goods for efficient service.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with total miles between 2,500-2,800 per week. The base pay structure is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our primary running area is east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to cover up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can be eligible for dedicated accounts.
