Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Shakopee, MN
DBS Laredo is looking for skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Shakopee. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time, all while maintaining a supportive and respectful work culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods to their destinations.
- Follow all local and federal transportation regulations.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
