OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Shakopee, MN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate OTR dry van lanes from Shakopee, MN with HMD Trucking, moving freight nationwide in modern tractors under three years old equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers and backed by in-house maintenance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate assigned dry van equipment and complete on-time deliveries across regional and national lanes.
- Maintain accurate logs, BOLs and trip paperwork; follow company and federal safety regulations.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
Pay starts at 65¢/mi with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience required. Home every two weeks and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).
