Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may happen. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are structured with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Experience 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on the hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily servicing areas east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first day of the month after 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
