Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is modern, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, reducing waiting times at docks. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base pay ranges from .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. Drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
