Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Shawnee, OK
HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight throughout the country.
We provide:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM.
- Average weekly miles of around 2,500.
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Drivers with HMD can expect:
- Access to modern trucks (under 3 years old) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance services.
- Home time every two weeks.
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
If you hold a CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience, consider joining HMD for attractive pay, dependable freight, and a supportive, safety-focused team.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
