Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Shelby, NC

Home Time:

Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur.
Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.
100% no-touch freight, mainly consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

Earnings average between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

Primarily east of I-35 with potential for dedicated drivers to achieve 3,000 miles per week.
Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
