Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is consistently maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: Our operations are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook, reducing dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn between $1,350 and $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for reaching 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles a week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and income potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the month after 60 days of service, with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. After 90 days, you'll be eligible for dedicated accounts.
