Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability. While we strive for weekly home time, some drivers may experience 2-week periods. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with the responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, and 70% drop and hook operations that minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our steady freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
