Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Shreveport, LA
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Driver, responsible for transporting freight across the country. We provide strong mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, with weekly averages of about 2,500 miles and added bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
