Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occasionally arise. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, which enhances operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage of 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily serve areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our stable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
