Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Smyrna, DE
DBS is on the lookout for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our esteemed dry van fleet. We offer a supportive work atmosphere, steady freight, and competitive pay, ensuring our drivers enjoy reliable home time.
Your Duties:
- Operate a dry van truck for safe and timely deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
- Maintain trip logs and delivery records accurately.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience is preferred.
- Strong focus on safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
