Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Join our Smyrna, GA OTR team and haul dry van loads coast to coast.
Key Duties:
- Run long-haul dry van freight across states
- Maintain logs, inspections, and safety protocols
- Work seamlessly with your co-driver
What We Offer:
- 77 CPM split pay plus safety and referral incentives
- Weekly averages of approximately 5,000 miles
- Under-3-year trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, sleepers
- Home every two weeks; full health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)
Must have: CDL A license and at least 12 months’ experience.
