OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Smyrna, GA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide lanes with strong mileage pay at 65 CPM, typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles, and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. Our tractors are under three years old and come equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, backed by reliable in-house maintenance. Drivers are scheduled home every two weeks and receive comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
What you'll do:
- Safely operate dry van equipment on long-haul routes and meet delivery windows.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs and records.
- Secure freight properly and communicate status with dispatch.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
