Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

From Smyrna, TN, drive over-the-road dry van freight for HMD Trucking in modern tractors under three years old, equipped with sleepers, APUs, and inverters for comfort and efficiency. You’ll run dependable national lanes with strong mileage opportunities and direct support from an in-house maintenance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule while maintaining trip documentation.
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and report mechanical concerns.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to meet customer expectations.
Requirements & rewards:
- CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience.
- 65 CPM starting pay, ~2,500 weekly miles on average, bonus programs, full benefits and 401(k).
