Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Somerville, MA
DBS Laredo is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet. We offer consistent freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time, while ensuring our drivers feel respected and supported.
Responsibilities:
- Transport freight safely and efficiently to various locations.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A certification required.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no significant violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
